✤ Materials
- 300g Potatoes (1 medium size)
- 73g Crab meat stick (can be omitted)
- 100g Mozzarella cheese
- 30g (3Tbsp) Corn starch
- Black pepper

✤ TIP
- The reason for rinsing the potatoes is that the starch inside the potatoes contains moisture, which interferes with their crispiness.
- Instead of crab sticks, you can add aromatic vegetables such as green onions and onions.
- If you want to add sweetness, canned corn would also be good (draining is required).
- The cheese is salty, so you don’t need to add salt.
