I try a lot of gear, and have been cycling through jeans and similar pants to try and find the "perfect" one for me. Riding in hot weather, I really like single layer pants for maximum airflow without a hot reinforcement liner. These are 4 pairs I find interesting, including a couple of pairs I'm keeping for the long haul. I've ridden in all of them to some degree on various bikes, so this is all first hand testing.
