How to create the effect of a long exposure when there is too much light, so you do not have the option to set a 30-40sec or longer shutter speed, and you may not have a 10 stop ND filter available, this video takes you through the steps to use stacking in Photoshop. The image is Tower Bridge on the River Thames in London.
