Established in 1965, The Old Country Store boasts a world-famous buffet featuring down-home Southern cooking at its best. From breakfast to dinner, savor freshly prepared dishes using time-honored family recipes, such as their mouthwatering fresh chicken and Mississippi delta raised catfish, expertly battered with their unique seasonings.

But that's not all – The Old Country Store is just a glimpse of the Casey Jones Village, home to the Dixie Cafe, Miss Anne’s Ice Cream Shop, and the Casey Jones Home and Railroad Museum. Immerse yourself in the legacy of Casey Jones at the Railroad Museum, featuring exhibits dedicated to his life and heroic last ride. Watch a short film narrating Casey Jones' story, explore his historic home, and climb aboard their 35-ton locomotive to ring the bell, just like Casey did.

The Casey Jones Village also houses an old chapel and church, a picturesque walkable garden, and a historic home where Civil War spectators once climbed on the roof to witness the battle unfold.
