In 2019, we expect our Live Service games to launch broken and incomplete. The Division 2 bucks this trend - big time. But The Division 2 isn't great because it's functional and complete; it's great because it's an honest to goodness step forward for the genre. It sets a new standard that I am sure Looter Shooters (and Live Services in general) will follow for many years to come.
