INGREDIENTS 🔻(20 cm mould)
• 200 g of biscuits
• 80 g of melted butter
The cream :
• 200 g of ricotta
• 120 g of condensed milk
• 200 ml of already sweetened whipping cream (vegetable)
• 100 g of white chocolate
• 40 ml of whipping cream
• hazelnut granules
Place the cake in the fridge for 2-3 hours or better overnight.
