🇬🇧 Gabi developed dozens of routines for the Oil & Water plot and today we want to share with you two versions of the “Water & Water” variation. One was recorded in 2015 for the YouTube channel “El rincón del mago” and the other in 2017 during his live lecture for GrupoKaps. The first one is more visual and every phase contributes something extra to the effect. However the second routine is more measured and tries to mantain the same structure in every phase, keeping the surprise for the final climax without any apparent changes. The great evolution from one version to the other lies not in the handling but in the presentation (an illusion within another Ilusion), which allows the finale to make perfect sense to the spectators.

🇪🇸 Gabi desarrolló multitud de versiones de “Agua y aceite” y hoy queremos compartir contigo dos rutinas de la variante “Agua y agua”. Una grabada en 2015 para el canal de YouTube “El rincón del mago” y la otra en 2017 durante su conferencia en vivo para GrupoKaps. La primera versión es más visual y cada fase aporta algo diferente al efecto. Sin embargo, la segunda es más mesurada y trata de mantener la misma estructura en todas las fases, reservando la sorpresa para el clímax final sin que se aprecien cambios en la construcción. La gran evolución de una versión a otra no radica en el manejo sino en el tema de la presentación (una ilusión dentro de otra Ilusion), que permite que el final tenga sentido para los espectadores.
