The rain and storms passed and I needed to get out and assess the hive that was destroyed and see if the colony had a live queen or not. The tree had basically center-punched the hive and bees went everywhere. There were dead bees all over the place and I could only hope the queen was not one of them. Come on out with me and let's see what we can see.
