Linklight returns to the workshop for Rivals of Aether which gives you access to custom new characters or mods! In this video I check out P Rank Peppino. A modified version of Peppino that has turbo mode always enabled with 0 cooldown on any moves. This has to be one of the scariest things that has ever been created. This is a truly OP Peppino.
