Recipe #1 😋

1 tomato
1-2 potatoes
3 eggs
oil for frying
Salt
pepper
Dry garlic
Dill (optional)
cheese (optional)

Grate the potatoes and pour boiling water over them for 3 minutes. Drain the water and place the potatoes in a greased frying pan. Add tomatoes immediately. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the egg white well, add the egg yolk and possibly dill and stir gently. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cover with a lid. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Can be cooked in the oven. Add cheese if desired.
