Just place the ingredients in and select the settings and start, several hours later with no work on your part you have beautiful delicious fresh home made bread. In this video I use the Bread Man Bread Machine that I bought used at a thrift store. You can use whatever machine you have available.
This is a simple recipe I have used for years to bake bread for my family in our bread machine. In this video I give you lots of tips and step by step instructions on how to make bread in the bread machine. The recipe is below for your convenience.

Bread machine Bread Recipe
1 1/3 cup of filtered water ( 307.565)
3 cups bread flour (360 grams)
2 1/2 tablespoons oil (or butter) (35.437 grams)
1/4 cup dry milk (30 grams)
2 1/2 teaspoon active yeast (14.22 grams)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt (8.53 grams)
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar (42.67 grams)
Select the white bread settings on your machine, light crust, 2 pound loaf.
