Earlier this year, while going after our Jeep Badge of Honor badges, we were exploring Windrock TN, trail 26, trail 16 and Panther Rock. At one point, I rolled back and got stuck on a rock, sitting on the pumpkin of my rear differential. After being winched off, we finished Windrock and headed home. Later that week while backing out of my driveway, I noticed a large puddle of oil on my carport. "The Infamous Oil Leak", but where was it coming from? I've never had a leak in my Jeep before.

After crawling under and inspecting the bottom of the Jeep, I noticed my stock Diff cover had been pried open and left a gaping hole in my pumpkin, spilling diff fluid everywhere.

The great thing is, this is a very simple fix for a DIYer. After much research and asking fellow Jeepers and Jeep mechanics, ARB (while a bit more expensive) adds the best possible protection while producing quality parts.

The install is super simple and will take you about 45 min (however my install took much longer because I was messing with camera angles).

This is a must upgrade for anyone who spends time exploring off road or does any rock crawling in their Jeep.
