Destiny 2's Season of the Witch Finale saw the return of Savathun, the triumph of Eris Morn and the defeat of Xivu Arath. The actual narrative of the season and its implications for the story going forward are massive, but something was missing from the presentation of the story this week. Such grand story moments needed time to shine in their own cutscenes.
