Old rusty brass valve restoration. This brass valve was given to me by a familiar welder. this valve has been on the pipes of the heating system for a long time. His condition is very terrible a lot of rust and scale. At first I just wanted to melt it down, but then I decided to restore it.
Cleaning of rust and scale took a very long time, I even had to heat up the valve body. I used metal brushes and sandpaper to clean from corrosion. Replaced gaskets and seals
