Penny Skateboards partnered with Waterborne Skateboards and launched their 29-inch high-line surfskate. This was actually my first ever surfskate, I now own a SwellTech, Smoothstar, YOW and Carver and I’ve gotta say that for the price, the High-Line holds its own.
