- Take notice the professionals you come in contact with… they know what they are doing.
- Learn from other people’s mistakes? Why reinvent the wheel?
- You can’t be a ‘Jack of all trades’. Don’t be afraid to hire people who are better at some aspects of the business than you are.
- Remember why you wanted to start your own business in the first place – focus on your goal.
- And remember to enjoy the ride – it can be a rollercoaster, but it’s fun.
