Captain Sinbad is a YouTuber I’ve been very much enjoying watching lately. He makes hilarious skits of famous people in the personal development world and also makes videos about personal development principles and how he implements those into his own life. He also often speaks about his aspiration of becoming a successful actor, and his struggle in doing so.

In this video I explore how aspiring creatives and artists can put themselves on stage instead of having to get through gatekeepers of the industry. I believe that these days its very much possible to make money as an artist or creative and turn pro without having to get a lucky break. You can build your own audience and become successful as a filmmaker, writer or other kind of artist. Simultaneously practicing your skillset and building your audience and making some money. You just have to be smart about it. Put yourself and your work out there and try to market yourself correctly. Marketing is one of the most valuable skill to learn for creators and artists.
