Australia have won the women’s 4x100m medley relay at Tokyo 2020. The Australian team of Kaylee McKeown, Chelsea Hodges, Emma McKeon and Cate Campbell took the gold medal, finishing ahead of the United States - Regan Smith, Lydia Jacoby, Torri Huske, Abbey Weitzeil - for the silver medal and Canada - Kylie Masse, Sydney Pickrem, Margaret Mac Neil. Penny Oleksiak - taking the bronze.
