The garden beds are finally finished!!! It may have taken us the whole summer, but now its out of the way and we can move onto other cool projects! To make sure we had enough organic materials for the beds, we took a trip up to Talkeetna, Alaska to pick up some spent grains. We also got to do some sightseeing while in Talkeetna, including getting to see the old home of the late Stubbs, the former cat mayor of the town! And before you ask, YES, Alaska really is that wild that we have cats for mayors! Cool right?!
