After using a pressure washer to inflate over a dozen sheet steel experiments, I discovered that the Lilo form would make an ideal bench seat; as it can be long and thin, but still incredibly strong. This video shows the fabrication and inflating stages of production, prior to powder coating and bolting to the concrete & steel bases.

Created for my Final major project on the Hydroforming process, to complete my Product Design BSc course at Kingston University.

Filmed at Kingston University's 3D Workshop.
