The vehicle featured is a Ford Mondeo Mk3 (2002) but this process is generic.

You will need:
* Replacement tie rod(s), ideally with replacement boots. You can usually find on Amazon ~ US: https://amzn.to/3OMPp9b | UK: https://amzn.to/3LxRpQx
* Tie rod tool to suit. Amazon ~ US: https://amzn.to/373YWrz | UK: https://amzn.to/3vUlRxJ
* Spanner or crowfoot attachment for bar to suit track rod lock-nut (24 mm shown). An adjustable spanner may turn a nut that's not tight
* Adjustable spanner or vise-grips (locking pliers) to hold tie rod while turning lock-nut
* Socket and spanner to suit stud nut (15 mm shown)
* Hex key to suit stud (5 mm shown)
* Breaker bar
* Ratchet handle (convenient)
* Hammer

* Thread locker.
