This is a quick look at one of the low cost China insert end mills.

The performance is quite nice for a insert holder that is less than $15 shipped. With all the inserts I have tried so far I have not been able to get a really good side finish but the floor finish is near perfect.

This tool is a D=20mm and the stock insert is a APMT1135PDER. I have upgraded to a ground aluminum cutting insert called 1135PDFR-G2 insert.

Sorry for the out of focus stuff, it's a new camera and I missed a setting. A full review of the insert end mills is in the works.
