The English Dub sync'd with the bluray

Thanks very much to @jonathanjames3984 for providing his copy of the audio. Using that, the French Dub and other sources I've managed to piece together almost the entire soundtrack except for about 15 seconds total which is still missing.

I'm still on the lookout for a VHS copy from which to make a higher quality transfer.
