working description:
By means of a peeling mandrel and an infinitely adjustable feed roller the cylinder block is put into a rotating movement. The peeled foil is continuously wound up by the rewinding systerm.The required layer thickness is controled by PLC , and servo motor ,advanced ball screws , which result of high cutting accurat ,compared with HHPC-R1900, HHPC-2200 ,this model is much more automatic in thinkness setting ,as well as cutting much higher density and hardness
