Made this flat surface for dogs to be comfortable in the back of a Toyota Tacoma or any pickup with an extended cab. The "dog shelf" covers the awkward uneven gap left behind when the jumpseats are folded up, and makes it easier for dogs to see out and lie down.

The shelf is also convenient for tools, and has accessible open space underneath for more storage.
