Mariah's "Someday" is actually my all-time favourite song. I wanted to create a production that was a bit more current sounding and I wanted to incorporate the "Closer To All Your Dreams" sample from the 1992 Rhythm Quest rave classic which sampled Mariah's vocal. I went for a very melodic and uplifting piano-driven vibe with lots of cool synths. The dub is a bit darker. Hope you enjoy the mixes!
