Orange County, Mission Viejo city council member, former mayor and retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel Greg Raths has some strong words for his opponent Representative Young Kim who recently won the GOP Primary in California’s 40th Congressional District. He feels he was cheated and she spent millions of dollars on deceptive radio, TV and social media commercials. Colonel Raths says Young Kim is a resident of La Habra and was too afraid to run in her own congressional district because it was too competitive.

The 40th Congressional District incorporates the cities of Yorba Linda, Chino Hills, Anaheim, Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo, and Tustin. Rep. Young Kim currently represents California’s 39th District, which includes parts of Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties.
