✔️INGREDIENTS:
2 aubergines
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
🔹
Olive oil
Minced beef 500g
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Fresh parsley
Tomato puree 250g
Water 150ml
Grated mozzarella 80g + 90g
Grated parmesan 50g + 30g
🔹
2 boiled potatoes 300g
Salt and pepper
Grated parmesan 30g
Olive oil (or 20g butter)
1 Soft cheese triangle

COOKING TIMES:
- Bake the aubergines at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 20 minutes
- Put back in the oven at 180°C for another 15 minutes
