Why am I waiting, it ended right?

yes it did, TOH was shortened BUT it has become extremely popular (watching and dreaming has 10 000 000 views on youtube!) so Disney would like to earn more money on it. It "doesn't fit their brand"? well cancelling TOH damaged it even more, so maybe bringing it back would help a little (it would). And finally this isn't the case like with Gravity Falls when creator of the show ended it how they wanted. Dana Terrace (creator of The Owl House) said that she would like to do something with this world again in the future. So bringing TOH back would benefit both sides. This is the wait toward that POSSIBLE BUT NOT COMFIRMED continuation of this beloved show. Hope it explains some things :) (although I may be a little naive)
