Movies are becoming harder to watch for some of us. They aren't getting any worse, but the process of watching them and even picking what to watch has become quite difficult. TikTok. Doom Scrolling. Streaming Services. They all play a part in shortening our attention spans and giving us content burnout due to there being too much content. In the end it's traditional activities like watching films and TV shows that suffer the most.

We'll be taking a look at how all these factors ruin your enjoyment of TV and film where it's even becoming difficult to focus while watching them. Dopamine, our addiction to instant gratification, motivation, and changes in the film industry are just a few of the topics we'll be covering. Although our focus will be on film, this problem is everywhere, even outside of entertainment. But we'll also be going over some ways to help fix these issues.
