The Lexus GX is a mid-size SUV that was launched in 2002 as a more luxurious and refined alternative to the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. Since then, this model has seen three generations, each bringing improvements in terms of design, engine, performance and features. In this video, we'll take a trip back in time and see how the Lexus GX transformed from a luxury SUV to a capable off-roader.

The first Lexus GX debuted in 2002 and became one of the most popular models of the Japanese brand. The evolution of the three generations, from the GX 470 to the GX 460 and up to the new GX 2024, proves that the Lexus GX is an SUV that combines elegance, comfort and robustness in one package!

The new Lexus GX 2024 has been redesigned from the ground up, being built on the new TNGA-F architecture. The new GX radically changes its exterior, adopting a more geometric and dynamic style and abandoning the old 4.6-liter V8 in favor of a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6, which impresses with 354 hp and 650 Nm of torque. At the same time, the Japanese SUV is equipped with a new suspension and various assistance systems including: Electronic-Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System, Multi-Terrain Select, Crawl Control, Downhill Assist Control and 3D Multi-Terrain Monitor.
