hi! loooong time no see - i had a procedure earlier this month to /try/ to fix my achalasia...
i had a per oral endoscopic myotomy (poem) and couldnt find anything about it besides research papers before my procedure. hopefully this helps someone who may have achalasia, swallowing problems, or may have their own poem procedure scheduled.
