💥 Apple Biscotti Ingredients:
1 Large or 2 Medium Apple
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Apricot Jam
1 Large Egg
1/4 cup Sugar (50g)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (8g)
pinch of Salt
3 tablespoons Melted Butter (43g)
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Baking Powder (4g)
1 1/4 cups to 1 1/2 cups Flour (200-240g)
Powdered Sugar

Bake in preheated oven at 356F (180C) for 20-23 minutes
