Start to finish → EasyEDA → Printing → Applying to PCB → Perfect Done
With these steps you can make the perfect prototyping pcb with UV solder mask without CNCing the PCB pads..

This is a new test with UV mask, forget the other ways, this one is fast, easy, cheap. The more you practice this the better it looks, this was my 2nd time with this technique. I'm going to try it now with text, a update later..
