In this review, we’re testing an Alienware R10 Ryzen Edition pre-built gaming computer, which shipped for about $1800-$1850 and included an AMD R7 5800 (non-X CPU), NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti, and (gasp) two sticks of RAM. The Alienware R10 Ryzen Edition system, sadly, lets AMD down in a big way: It’s using an Intel cooler on the AMD CPU, and it’s a low-power cooler that’s starved for air. The enclosure is comically complex, to the point of being a negative in the review.
