Materials
1 tablespoon of sugar (20gr)
1 pack of dry yeast (10gr)
1 glass of warm milk (200ml)
1 glass of warm water (200ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
5.5 cups of flour (add in moderation)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)


For internal mortar
3-4 tablespoons of oil (40ml)
1 tablespoon of butter (40gr)
3 onions
black pepper
chili pepper
oregano
salt

For the above
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
