Welcome to the 3rd exercise in our 5 Part Series for Thoracic Rotation. This is a Half-Kneeling Rotation of the Ribcage. It is imperative to work on your separation of your upper and lower body for maximum club head speed in your swing. This exercise helps mobilize your 12 thoracic ribs and vertebrae while increasing range in your hips as well.
