Today, we are heading back to the newest table service restaurant in Disney Springs - Summer House on the Lake. Why are we going back so soon? We are hoping that this will be a redemption story and we will have a much better experience than our first time here. To be fair, we went just days after their grand opening and we have heard that this is a place worthy of a second shot. So, will it be redeemed? Only one way to find out... Enjoy!
