Earlier this year I published a video on the Carolina Bays and discussed Antonio Zamora's ice boulder hypothesis. The foundation of that video was the LIDAR overlay for Google Earth, created by Michael Davias. This tools allows you to clearly see Carolina Bays, Nebraska Rainwater Basins, and High-Plains Playas in Google Earth. So far, Michael has mapped over 50,000 Carolina Bays in this survey!

Since the mystery regarding the Carolina Bays has yet to be solved, it's nice to hear from differing viewpoints. In this interview, Michael lays out his hypothesis on how the Carolina Bays were formed, and how they relate to the enigmatic Australasian Tektite Field.
