Plexicam is a new invention that allows you to center your webcam in the middle of your computer monitor. This gadget is simple and improves eye contact on Zoom calls and allows you to read a script on your computer screen like a teleprompter.

When you want to make eye contact on a video call, a standard built-in webcam isn't going to cut it. The Plexicam is an improvement, but it's not as nice as a real teleprompter. Center Cam is another competitor that doesn't block as much of the screen, but the optics of the webcam are kinda rough. So I still recommend my clients use a $700 teleprompter setup that I use every day. https://thecentercam.com/

BTW, Dell has introduced a concept at CES 2021 where the webcam can be magnetically mounted anywhere on the screen. I don't know when this will come to market, but it sounds ideal. It's called Concept Pari https://www.pcmag.com/news/first-look...
