This build had a little bit of everything, except for a water feature! These homeowners originally wanted some new landscaping and some stairs to take them down to their boat dock. Then after talking with Derek for a bit they asked for a flagstone and boulder fire pit to gather around with their loved ones. Then they decided, why not add something fun everyone can do while they enjoy their gorgeous yard and that is when the cornhole court idea came about!

On top of all that, we also installed some landscape lighting that follows the path from the top of the stairs by the house all the way down the sloped backyard to their dock on the lake!
