This home has 2 active sump pumps. They are discharging onto the lawn and making a mess. One of the runs down in the front and is putting water, algae and freezing on the sidewalk. The back sump pump has made the backyard a swamp. Luckily for this nice young family they have a storm sewer catch basin on their property in the street. We are going to tie in both of these pumps and run them to the street. That involves a permit, crossing their driveway, going under the sidewalk, a core and tap plus passing inspection.
