I don't fry pork belly anymore! This oven recipe is fantastic!
Ingredients:
pork belly: 1.5 kg (3 lb)
honey: 30 g (1.1 oz)
mustard: 15 g (0.5 oz)
soy sauce: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
garlic: 15 g (0.5 oz)
salt: 5 g (0.2 oz)
black pepper: 5 g (0.2 oz)
onion skins: 40 g (1.4 oz)
