Maple Bacon Chicken:
I doubled the sauce for this recipe but it really did not need to be doubled. when I was calling out the measurements during my voiceover I said 1/2 cup soy sauce and Worcestershire but it was 1/4 that I used and the original recipe was 2 tbs and the maple syrup I said cup but I used 2/3 cups and the recipe is 1/3. I also did NOT use the cajun seasoning on the chicken. The Cracker Barrel meal I had was not spicy at all so I left that out and I am telling you this ended up exactly like the one I had.

Cheesy Chicken Burritos:
dice about 1 lb chicken breast and cook with taco seasoning. Add I can rotel, 4oz cream cheese, and 3/4 cup queso dip. Spread some of the sauce into your baking dish. Fill burrito shells with meat mixture and shredded cheese, roll them up, and place them in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over top and top with more shredded cheese. Cook at 350 for about 10 minutes.
