It has gained a lot of popularity and it is now known in multiple parts of Europe .

It is basically a dense espresso "ristretto" style on top of sweetened condensed milk.

As for the ratio, it differs based on preference, the ideal ratio is one to one.

We found that using dark roast or medium roasted coffee beans with tasting note of chocolate and caramel will give the best results.

It is a very delicious beverage and can be described as "An espresso delight" 🍬☕️😊

Some places prefer to add foamed milk on top, as we did 👌

It is probably by far, our favourite sweetened espresso based drink. It is not your everyday drink, but definitely worth the try.
