This music video is a combination of the two greatest loves of my life. Music and Ice Skating.

For many years, I have dreamed of making this music video. When I was 6 years old my mum took me ice skating and I fell in love with the sport. For the following 8 years, ice skating was a huge part of my life. I'd wake up at 5am to train before school, I was competing up and down the country, I was also part of three synchronised skating teams and captain of one, and we went on to become British and Scottish champions multiple times, as well as getting the opportunity to compete overseas in Russia and Switzerland.

My career as an ice skater came to an end when I was 14, which was when I first picked up a guitar and discovered my love for writing songs and creating. However the skills and lessons I have learnt from ice skating have stayed with me.

I have dreamed for a long time of one day making a music video where I can combine the two, and when I wrote 'Liars Like You', I knew I finally had the right song.

I spent the last six months training for this video, waking up at 5am just like I used to, catching the train to Slough ice rink for training, before heading back to London and going to the studio to write a song. It's been a joy to get my skating skills back up to scratch and working with my coach Hamish to choreograph this piece.
