I Almost Got Screwed by Our Insurance Company! 😬 Find out why our premium doubled, and the broker's mistake nearly bankrupted us. Our insurance quote went from $3k to $6k, and our broker said they could do better and quoted us $2,700 – sounded good, right? But turns out, they only wanted to cover 4 units, not our 11-unit building! 😱 This would've meant we were underinsured and if the building burned down we would've lost everything.
