I didn't print the riser sections precise enough. This functional print failed due to dimensional accuracy as the riser sections did not sit flush together to properly connect. In particular the front two sections did not align well with the back two sections. The issue is with the dimensional accuracy and tolerances on my Ender5-Plus, not the model. It's a lesson learned and reminder to check calibrations and maintenance before starting a larger functional print project.
