After what 5/6 years, I finally delivered to you guys. I've straighten my hair!

I'm not one who really like straightening my hair, so I tend to only straighten it every 6 months to get my split ends trimmed. I saw someone on YouTube who hasn't straighten her hair in 2 years and I LOVED how her hair came out.

I'm talking healthy, bouncy, full, and minimal split ends! So I took the challenge and threw out the heat for a year and 3/4 months. I couldn't go 2 years, I was afraid of the split ends. Now! Within that year, I disciplined myself to the following:

1. Solid wash day routine (products packed w/ moisture)
2. CoWash Routine
3. Moisturize/Grease scalp twice a week
4. Scalp Massages
5. Deep steam heat treatment (when needed)
6. Daily dose of liquid Biotin
7. Protective hair styles (NO tight braids, tight cornrows, wigs with glue)
8. Hair rinses (to prevent fungus, clogged pores in scalp, excess dandruff)
9. Egyptian split end treatment
10. Drink water (great for hair and healthy in general!)
12. Silk scarves (both daily hairstyle and for sleeping)
