Jason started getting mild cramps and pain, but he thought it was just stress. He then noticed blood in his stool. Despite being told at 36 he was too young for colon cancer, he listened to his gut feeling that something serious could be going on. He pushed to get a colonoscopy and he was diagnosed with stage 3B colon cancer.
